About Kuro
Born in a farm in Sheung Shui, Kuro moved to the sandy beaches of Lantau at two months old and has lived in a secluded seaside valley ever since. His works are instinctive, fluid, and explosive, the reflections they invite are more contemplative. Kuro is fascinated by the contradiction inherent in using digital technology to give a permanence to the ephemeral in nature, and works alongside his lifelong colllaborator, Slacker, to bring his pieces to life.
