Beyond free Hong Kong delivery on orders over HK$1,500 and in-store click & collect, INSIDE ships worldwide (excluding the EU) on selected items, with published rates to Singapore, Europe, the UK, North America, and Australia/New Zealand β€” so visitors can shop in-store and have larger pieces sent home separately.

How much does delivery cost within Hong Kong?

Click & collect is free at any store. Small items are HK$150 for next-day delivery (Hong Kong Island, ordered by 3pm) or HK$60 standard (free over HK$1,500, excluding furniture). Furniture is HK$450 next-day or HK$300–500 standard depending on area, plus a HK$100-per-floor surcharge where there's no lift.

What is INSIDE's return and exchange policy?
